HOW TO USE
FILLING AN INHALATION STICK
Remove the lid at the bottom part of the stick, drop Essential Oils onto the
cotton wick until soaked and replace the lid.

USING THE INHALATION STICK
Insert the inhalation stick gently into one nostril, hold the other nostril closed
and inhale deeply. Repeat in the other nostril.
