Which bottles (and in what condition) can I return?

You may return the following used FAVORI bottles:

• 10ml and 50ml green and blue Aroma Oil bottles
• 50ml frosted white Reed Diffuser
• 150ml Premium Reed Diffuser bottle

Good condition means there are no chips or permanent stains on the glass bottles. Caps, droppers and stoppers will be replaced, but you may opt to send them along with the bottles. Also, kindly wash the bottles before returning.

We will only be accepting FAVORI brand bottles. Returned bottles will be subject to inspection and approval by FAVORI staff to ensure that they can be reused.
