HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING FEES?
We offer FREE Shipping Nationwide for all orders amounting to P2,000 and above. For orders amounting to P1,999 and below, we offer a Flat Shipping Rate of P200.
HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after dispatch if you are from NCR, and 7 to 10 days after dispatch if you are from a Provincial area.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver nationwide.
DO YOU ACCEPT COD?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for purchases nationwide. All you need to do is to choose that Payment Method option during Checkout after you place your order.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments can be made through COD, Bank Transfer (BDO/BPI), GCash, Credit Card/Debit Card and Paypal. Details of each payment option are listed when you check out.

ARE YOUR AROMA OILS WATER-SOLUBLE OR OIL-BASED?
Our Aerator or Diffuser Aroma Oils are water-soluble while our Burner Aroma Oils are oil-based.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AERATOR DEVICE AND THE DIFFUSER DEVICE?
Our Aerator device acts like an air purifier which produces negative ions that grab unwanted particles like smoke, dust, and bacteria trapping them in the water, then releases clean and fragrant-smelling air via ultrasonic atomization when coupled with our Aroma Oil. On the other hand, our Diffuser device works like a humidifier whose fine cool mist and color-changing LEDs help enhance the mood for relaxation. Just like Aerators, it also produces fragrant and purified aroma-filled air using our Aroma Oil.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY OF YOUR AERATOR DEVICE AND DIFFUSER DEVICE?
We offer a 7-day warranty period on any product defects from the date you received your device. Any damage arising from customer misuse or mishandling will not be honored, as well as any replacement claim made after the 7-day period.
I HAVE A SCENTING DEVICE THAT I WANT TO HAVE CHECKED UP AND/OR REPAIRED, HOW DO I GO ABOUT DOING SO?

WHAT ARE YOUR ONGOING PROMO/S?
Our standard promo for online purchases is FREE shipping for purchases P2,000 and above anywhere nationwide. For purchases below P1,999, shipping is at a flat rate of P200.

DO YOU DELIVER VIA GRAB OR LALAMOVE?
Yes, that's possible. We can assist in the booking but that would have to be charged to your account. Our delivery is c/o our own courier service, and we offer FREE delivery nationwide for purchases of P2,000 and up for all cash purchases.

DO YOU HAVE BRANCHES IN THE MALLS?
We do not have mall branches anymore, but you can order online in our own website at WWW.FAVORI.PH, Shopee Mall, LazMall, Zalora, Grab Mart, Edamama and Toktok.
However, if you wish to see our products in person, you can visit the Home Section of select Robinsons Department Stores in the following branches : Ermita, Festival Mall, Galleria, Metro East, Antipolo, Cebu, Lipa & Malolos.
HOW MUCH DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER RESELLERS?
